For a permanent monochrome result, choose laser engraving. For color, gradients or complex artwork, choose UV color printing; the factory can recommend the best fit after reviewing your logo.
For bulk custom USB drives, laser engraving is usually lower cost than UV color printing because it uses no ink and has no drying stage.
It is not recommended because laser heat can yellow or darken the edges on plastic. Use screen printing or UV printing for plastic USB drives.
