What is the MOQ for a completely new custom shape design?

For a brand-new custom 3D shape (not based on any existing mold), the MOQ is 200 pieces plus a one-time mold fee of approximately $60. This mold fee is fully refundable when your cumulative order exceeds 5,000 pieces. Mold development takes about 3 days.

Can you match my brand guidelines (fonts, colors, style guide)?

Absolutely. Send us your brand guidelines document and we’ll follow it precisely – including Pantone color matching, typography, logo spacing rules, and overall style direction. This ensures the card USB flash drive aligns perfectly with your brand identity.

Can you do rush production for urgent orders?
