Existing styles are sampled free of charge — you only cover delivery. Custom logo samples are arranged on request, with timing confirmed in your quotation.

What is the production time for 100, 500 or 1,000 pieces?

Lead time depends on quantity, capacity and logo process. Exact schedules for your quantity are confirmed with your quotation against your delivery deadline.

How do you verify storage capacity?

Every drive is capacity-tested, read/write tested and bad-block scanned before packaging, under a quality control system with a defective rate below 0.3%.

What packaging options are available?

Individual packaging is included free. Pen boxes, metal tins and custom gift boxes with printed inserts are available on request.

What warranty applies?

A 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects; faulty units are replaced. This model is produced in our Shenzhen factory, not traded out.
