Is the mold fee refundable if I place a large order later?
Yes. The $60 PVC mold fee is 100% refundable as a credit toward your bulk order when it reaches 5,000 pcs. For metal molds ($200-$800), the refund threshold is 10,000-20,000 pcs depending on the mold complexity. This makes custom molding essentially free for serious buyers.
Can you do rush production for urgent orders?
