Who owns the custom mold once it’s created?

You own the custom mold exclusively. We store it safely in our factory and use it only for your orders. If you decide to move production elsewhere, we ship the mold to you. There is no mold rental fee – the $60 covers permanent ownership.

Can I split my order across multiple designs under one MOQ?

For PVC models sharing the same base shape but with different logo designs, we can split the MOQ across multiple artwork variations (minimum 50 pcs per design). This lets you create different branded versions for multiple sub-brands or events under one order.

What file format should I send for my logo on the Palm-shaped Flip-cover USB Flash Drive?

Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG (vector). We also accept high-resolution PNG (300+ DPI) or JPEG. If you only have a low-res image, our designers can redraw it as vector art for free. Logo files can be sent to sales@yousanusb.com or via WhatsApp.

What if the sample doesn’t meet my expectations?

We revise the sample free of charge until you are fully satisfied. Our design team will adjust colors, logo placement, or finish based on your feedback. No bulk production starts until you sign off on the final sample.
