Notebook USB drives can be customized in various sizes, with common standard options including A5, B5, and A4:
A5 size (approx. 180×245mm) is the most popular choice. Its moderate dimensions make it easy to carry while meeting daily note-taking needs.
B5 size (approx. 200×265mm) is slightly larger than A5, suitable for scenarios requiring more writing space, such as training notes or project planning.
A4 size (approx. 235×170mm) is close to standard printer paper dimensions, ideal for professional needs like drawing charts or sketching designs.
The smallest size currently available for customized notebook USB drives is typically the A6 size (105×148mm), with a thickness generally around 20-25mm (including inner pages and the USB module).
The A6 size (105×148mm) is currently the smallest standard size capable of accommodating both a notebook and a USB drive simultaneously.
Notebook USB drives typically offer capacities ranging from 8GB to 64GB, aligning with mainstream market demands:
Basic Models (8-16GB)
Use Cases: Ideal for storing documents, PPTs, spreadsheets, and other small files, meeting daily office or student assignment backup needs.
Advanced Models (32-64GB)
Use Cases: Suitable for storing high-resolution photos, instructional videos, or small design files, catering to business presentations and data sharing.
Special Requirements (128GB and above)
Feasibility: While technically capable of supporting 128GB or even 256GB, notebook USB drives face size constraints. Custom ultra-thin controller chips and flash memory chips are required, doubling the cost (approximately 200-500 RMB).
The USB flash drive notebook requires no assembly. At the factory, we have already integrated the USB drive with the notebook, allowing for immediate use.
